Vexillum

This tool is great for designing a variety of custom flags! 

You can select a variety of styles, different sizes, emblems, even existing preset flags are included for various countries, made only with the tools within this editor. 

Flags can be up-scaled when exported to a PNG.

Flags can be animated to look like they are waving in the wind.

This tool isn't perfect for every design, even a couple of the preset flags are a bit off, but it is optimized for creating low-complexity and medium-complexity designs, ideal for creating a flag for a fictional nation or even for creating a submission into a flag contest.
